The Cure for Common Pool Stains

April 7th, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By Brian Barker A stain on the wall or floor of a swimming pool is either caused by metals in the pool water, or by something organic. The best clue to the source of the problem is the color of the pool stain. Stains on the walls or floor of a pool that are a greenish brown color are typically related to something organic, such as leaves sitting on the floor of the pool during the winter, or algae. A simple shock treatment and scrubbing with a stiff brush may quickly remove the stain. If brushing or scrubbing does not remove or lighten the stain, a natural ascorbic acid based product or diphosphonic acid based pool stain remover should be used. If a pool stain appears at the water line of the swimming pool you may use the appropriate tile or vinyl cleaner to gently scrub the stain away, or you might try one of the many very effective enzyme based cleaners. All natural pool enzymes will eat away at the oils holding dirt on the surface of the pool at the water line, to remove the stain with little or no scrubbing. Stains that appear reddish brown or very dark colors are typically related to the metals in your pool water. The metals that commonly cause pool stains are iron, manganese & copper. A guide to the color of pool stain resulting from each of these metals is included below. If a swimmers blonde or light colored hair turns green after swimming in your pool, this is an indication that there is a high concentration of copper in the water. Copper - Blue, Green or dark (Black)Iron - Rusty, Brown or Green/BrownishManganese - Brownish/Black or Purple These metals can occur naturally, and may be in the water you use to fill the pool. If you have hard water or fill your pool with well water you are more likely to have metal pool stain problems, and regular testing for metals is suggested. Metals may also be introduced into the pool when the pool pH or pool alkalinity levels are not properly maintained, and the water becomes corrosive. Corrosive pool water will eat away at the pool surface and inside of pool plumbing and equipment, releasing metals into the water. The plumbing inside a swimming pool heater, called the heat exchanger, is made of copper. If the pool pH and pool Alkalinity levels are not properly maintained, this heat exchanger will quickly corrode and dissolve copper into the pool water causing pool stains. The first step to eliminating a pool metal stain is to have the pool water tested for metals, and determine how the excess metals were introduced into the water. Take measures to prevent the stain from quickly returning. If there are excessive amounts of metals in your pool water, and stains return again and again after trying each method of treatment, you should partially drain the pool and re-fill with fresh water that has been tested to confirm there is very little or no metals. As with stains caused by something organic, metal pool stains can be easily removed using a natural ascorbic acid based product or diphosphonic acid based product. Another method for removing stains from the floor of a pool is to place pound of pH Reducer in a sock, and drop the sock onto the stain. Position the sock with your telescoping pole, and leave it on the pool stain for 5-10 minutes. If the stain has been removed, place the sock on each affected area for 5-10 minutes. A Mediterranean Diet - How to Lose Weight Safely

April 6th, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By Ray Darken If you are looking for a way to lose fifteen pounds in two weeks, a high protein diet, a low carb diet, a fruit diet, a no fat diet, a blood type diet, a juice fast, a diet named after a place in Miami, a grapefruit diet, a cactus diet, a coffee and cigarette diet, a diet that includes sweets, a diet based on your body type, a diet based on an ancient religion or a diet based on your hair color, then this article is NOT for you. Fad and crash diets, such as the ones described above are not only unhealthy but they also cause rebound weight gain. Also most diets, even though diet gurus write them, cause an initial weight loss but the ultimate result is that you gain all of the weight back the minute you go off the plan. If you don’t gain it back within a couple of diets, you are likely to gain it all back plus a bit more within a year. Crash diets dehydrate you, low calorie diets put your body into starvation mode so you plateau so you can’t lose one more pound and high protein diets stress your kidneys and clog your arteries. So how does one lose weight? There is only one answer to this question. You need to expend more calories than you are taking in. Restricting certain foods, eating so-called fat burning foods, or dehydrating yourself with special pills or teas does not do it. It is simple math. The only way is to eat a little less and exercise a little more. Here is the equation below: Eating Less + Exercising More = Weight Loss. This is not a magical formula, it is just logic. It is also not a fast way to lose weight. As I have mentioned before, this is not an article about how to lose ten pounds in three days or 30 pounds in a month. It is about safe, healthy weight loss. In order to lose weight safely and without putting yourself at risk for such health hazards as dehydration, kidney failure, malnutrition, exhaustion, nervous dysfunction, tooth loss, dull hair, wrinkles, cellulite, sudden heart failure or stroke and lose the weight so that it stays off, you should lose no more than approximately two pounds a week! Although that might not sound like a large amount of weight to lose it actually is! If you lose 2 pounds a week that means you can achieve a weight loss of ten pounds a month! If you only have twenty pounds to lose then your weight loss is not only quite rapid, but you have the extra guarantee that it will stay off because you have followed a sensible exercise plan that did not involve starving, exhausting or depriving yourself. If you are willing to drop your impatience and desire for immediate gratification and stick to an exercise plan and healthy eating habits, then a Mediterranean Diet is for you. Remember being slim is only good if you are able to enjoy it! Do You Need to Lose Weight? Fascination with Fat If you want to lose weight, you first need to assess whether you need to actually lose weight or are simply a fashion victim. Unfortunately this society is fascinated with fat - who has it and who doesn’t. As we are persuaded by so many images in the media that persuade us to believe that you can never be too thin, many of us are bad judges of our actual body weight. If you are under the age of eighteen and reading this book, the first thing you need to do is consult with your parent about your plans to lose weight. Have her make an appointment with a physician so that he can indicate to you whether or not you are a candidate for weight loss. If you are an adult, it is possible that you may not be overweight and are just trying to be, as Bridget Jones put it in Bridget Jones Diary “a stick insect with eyelashes.” It is also very possible that you know you need to lose weight but have no idea where to start. If you are obese and you know it, then you have to check with a physician first to see how your health is before you embark on any exercise program or plan. The same is also true if you have any kind of medical condition but especially a thyroid condition or heart condition. Some physicians may not recommend a weight loss program for those who are over 40 as due to genetics and hormonal changes some people naturally just round out or gain weight in a way that simply cannot be changed. If your doctor tells you your spreading hips are due to menopause or genetics, believe him! It is not clever to fool with Mother Nature. uthor Ray Darken - Ray often writes for and works with The Mediterranean Diet. Interested in Botanical Crohns Relief?

April 5th, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By Sharon Dobson Botanical crohns treatment is often used as an alternative or complimentary treatment to medications. Since ancient times, plants have been used for their healing properties. However, not all plants provide the same relief or can be used as a remedy for any health problem. With that in mind, the following are the botanical treatments most used by Crohns sufferers for relief of symptoms. Aloe Vera Juice aloe vera juice, which comes from the aloe vera plant, has natural healing abilities and also acts as a detoxifier. Aloe vera juice is ingested and works to gently and thoroughly cleanse the bowel. The juice goes through the intestinal tract and works to break apart food residues that are impacted within the intestines. Aloe vera juice is a good botanical crohns remedy because it helps to alleviate constipation, prevents recurrent diarrhea, reduces bloating and discomfort, and promotes regular bowel movements. It is considered a safe treatment to use for those who monitor their diets, and can be used for the long term. It has no known negative side effects. Slippery Elm Bark slippery elm bark comes from the slippery elm tree, and can be dried and ground into a powder or ground into gruel. It is usually made into a tea or added to porridge. It is considered an effective herb for soothing the entire digestive tract. This is because the bark has anti-inflammatory properties as one of its ingredients is mucilage, which resists digestion and hydrolysis via enzymes and stomach acids. Therefore, slippery elm bark sooths the digestive system and also acts as an antioxidant. It helps the body recover its vital hormone balance that is needed to maintain basic health. It is considered safe, but should be ingested with plenty of water to prevent an impacted bowel situation from occurring (difficulty passing dry hardened feces from the bowel). Chamomile Chamomile is a flower and can be used for botanical crohns relief. It is often dried and prepared in a tea. It helps to aid in digestion, and has sedative properties. Moreover, chamomile can alleviate gastrointestinal spasms and other common symptoms associated with inflammatory diseases that affect the gastrointestinal track such as Crohns disease. This is because Chamomile works as an anti-inflammatory agent. Chamomile is considered safe, but should not be taken by a person who has an allergy to any flower in the daisy family. Peppermint Peppermint is a plant, and its leaves are often dried and used in the form of tea as an herbal remedy. Peppermint has been used for centuries to treat common digestive problems such as reducing gas production within the intestines. However, another way of taking peppermint is peppermint oil (oil that has been infused with peppermint properties which it takes from the leaves). Studies have found that peppermint oil in coated capsules is exceptionally effective for relieving painful symptoms, distention and frequent bowel movement for those who suffer from Irritable bowel syndrome. Crohns sufferers may also receive the same relief, but more information is needed to see how effective peppermint oil would be as a botanical Crohns treatment. Peppermint tea is considered safe, but peppermint oil can have adverse side effects such as a burning sensation in the stomach or rectum if not taken as advised. All of these herbs can be found in local herbal and health stores. You should read and follow the instructions as directed on the bottle. In addition, keep in mind that you should exercise caution if you are using botanical remedies as a form of crohns disease treatment. Although the herbs may indeed provide you some relief of your symptoms, herbs have not been regulated to the same degree as medications, nor has their effectiveness for treating Crohns Disease been thoroughly studied. Furthermore, if you are taking medications to treat your condition, be advised that some herbal remedies may interact with certain medications and not be compatible. Thus, its a good idea for you to first speak to your doctor about botanical crohns treatments if you plan on taking them, especially if you are already using medication. Grace

April 3rd, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By Anthony Smith Grace. What is Grace? (1.) Of form or person. (2.) Favor, kindness, friendship. (3.) God’s forgiving mercy. (4.) The gospel as distinguished from the law. (5.) Gifts freely bestowed by God; as miracles, prophecy, tongues. (6.) Christian virtues. (7.) The glory hereafter to be revealed. For the Believer in Christ, Grace is the most important substance he can posses. Why? For by Grace thru Faith are ye saved. Grace is the first gift that God delivers to the new convert to Christianity. With out grace we would all be lost. We all as Christians have problems in this life some more than others. Some Christians will go thru this life with no hindrances, sicknesses, illnesses, nor persecutions, Why? For each have been given a measure of Faith, some have High Faith some have medium faith and others have Low Faith. The more you receive the more is expected of you in return. In contrast, the less you receive the less is expected. Let put it in these words. A Person of low Faith [The Weak Christian] will be protected by God for his lack of understanding and strength and the ones that have the higher Faith, these are mostly, but not entirely, the ministers of the Word of God are allowed to be tested on their Faith. The Apostle Paul stated; Act 20:24, But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Of the grace of God, Favor, kindness, friendship, forgiveness, & mercy. But none of these things move me. Fire, Flood, Earthquake, Hunger, all these things test the weak and the strong in Christ, persecutions are the most felt hardship in the world today. By the Grace of God is sufficient for all of us to Stand. I see four distinct periods of time for the Christian and the Church and four distinct periods for the Church, according to Grace and Faith. 1. The beginning Church after Jesus returned to the Father, the time of the Apostles and Deciples. At this period of time there was great persecution of the Church by the Jews and Romans. 2. A development time for the growing Church, where little is known, the separation of the Catholic Church and the Prodistent Church. A breaking away from all hindrances to seek out the truth in the Word of God by all men and not Just a Few, 3.The Peaceful Church, these are the times that we have lived in, where grace abounded and revival came to men. Where you could see Baptisms every where, people being saved and Faith flourished. 4. The end time Church. This is the time we live in now. Persecution, Deception, Controversy, Lies, False Religions, False Christ, False Prophecy and the devision of the Churches. Every body wants a different name and doctrine. This was not in the instructions from Jesus. Be Ye One! Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Being justified freely by his grace! Justified; In theology it means, remission of sin and absolution from guilt and punishment; or an act of free grace by which God pardons the sinner and accepts him as righteous, on account of the atonement of Christ. Romans, 3:24, Would be enough for many, but not to all. God justified us unto Salvation thru the sacrifice of His Son, in whom we believe, for many around the world, just being saved is not enough. We strive to give, to all, the grace that God had showed to us, to the salvation to them. What am I saying? Many a Christian are being persecuted and tested each and every day. So we endure hardships galore, to the testimony of the Grace that God gives to each and everyone that will believe. 1Peter 4:16, Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. [Note; The word, Christian is only mentioned twice in scripture.] Romans 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. we have access by faith This is access to Grace or the, Favor, kindness, friendship of God that will sustain us in all perils that we endure. Grace is a substance, just as Faith is, that we possess. 1Co 10:30 For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks? Paul was stating,Why am I called evil when I have the friendship, kindness and Favor of God? When Gods Grace means all these things to the believer? The answer again is in scripture. Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:10-12, Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. The grace that you have or will receive from God, does not mean that you will never suffer as a Christian, it only means that He will sustain you thru these troubling times. You may not have all that you want, but His grace, or Favor, will give you all you NEED. Be content with having no shoes, for there are those with no feet, be content with no home, for there are those with no hope, be content with a piece of bread for there are those who have no food, be content with your clothes for there are those that are naked, be content with your sight for there are those that have no eyes, see what I mean by Grace? I am what I am by the Grace of God. Remember what I had said earlier? The more you receive the more is expected of you in return. In contrast, the less you receive the less is expected. Let put it in these words. A Person of low Faith [The Weak Christian] will be protected by God for his lack of understanding and strength and the ones that have the higher Faith, these are mostly, but not entirely, the ministers of the Word of God are allowed to be tested on their Faith. Paul put it this way in 1Co 15:10; But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. We must be content with who we are and the situation that we are placed in, for the Grace of God will sustain us. Not putting your trust in man but in Gods Grace. Wedding Vows - Should You Write Your Own

March 31st, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By Vicki Churchill The exchanging of wedding vows is a symbolic part of a wedding. The exchange of promises between the bride and groom can be both emotional and moving. There are many different ideas when it comes to wedding vows, some people believe that you should stick with tradition some do not at the end of the day it is down to the individual. Symbolizing your wedding vows can be one of the most significant parts of your wedding, using candles such as unity candles is just one way. Unity candles are becoming a very popular way to symbolize your wedding vows, so much so it is now becoming part of the tradition. No rules apply when lighting the candles as they hold no religious connotations, most people simply do it after the wedding vows have been exchanged. You do not have to use the traditional written wedding vows you could write your own, or add a personal touch to original wording. By writing your own you will make your wedding more individual and will share your thoughts with your chosen one and guests. If you do decide to write your own wedding vows try not to be too personal and intimate, save these words for a moment when it is just the two of you. Having said that, your guests will be more moved and interested if the words are heartfelt and loving. The internet can provide you with an enormous catalog of wedding vows from which you can get ideas for your own. Writing your vows with your partner can be a breathtaking moment, however you may prefer to keep your words to yourself until the moment you exchange them If you are reading this and you went with the traditional wedding vows and wish you had not, do not worry you can always renew your vows and have the wedding you want!. Still unsure if you should go for traditional wedding vows or write your own? To help you make the decision simply read them, do they convey the words you want to say to the person you are about to marry? Do you feel if you added a little it would be better? If so, do it! Do not worry that you are not a poet and do not know where to start, there is plenty of help out there! You can even pay someone to do this for you, all they will need is information about yourself and the person you want the vows written for. Try to get inspiration from other peoples vows, there are books widely available to you both via the internet or from your local library. Do not try and do this at a time when you are stressed or rushing, this important part should be done when you have taken some time out and can really think about it. Try not to worry about being nervous you won’t be the only one I promise! Make sure you rehearse the words many times before your wedding day so that you feel comfortable. One way to practise your vows is to do so in front of a mirror or ask a friend to be your audience. This will boost your confidence and as well as help you learn the words. If the idea of reciting your wedding vows without having them written down is worrying you then take them on a piece of paper and read them, you can dress the paper up so it fits your wedding theme. Above all, enjoy it, remember how much you love the person standing in front of you, if you slip up or get chocked up take a breath, there is no need to rush its your day and everyone there will understand. By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Tim_Kelly]Tim Kelly In the long run for establishing a business, a business man often depends on loans. But sometimes they may fail to repay their loans at the right time and when they fail to repay their existing loans, they become victims of bad credit. In such situation, their bad credit restricts them from getting a loan in the future as most lenders are reluctant to offer loans to people with negative credit records. For a long time there was no established method to overcome such situations and as a result most business men have to discard their business for some other odd jobs. But as time passed and as the number of business men with bad credits began to inched up, most finance companies thought of making it a business. Allah Projection for Ramadan via Mosques and Holographic Imaging Equipment

March 28th, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By Lance Winslow Islam is in crisis and traveling for the Holly Days is quite dangerous. The Pilgrimages are dangerous and many have died from stampedes in getting there. There is also an issue with polio as there are still 17 countries and most are predominantly Muslim which still have not gotten rid of the disease. Meanwhile due to insurgents making roadside bombs and attempting suicide-murdering missions there is now stricter border crossing security by coalition, US and Iraqi Troops. Without the ability to travel the holy days of Islam are in jeopardy. This is not right as so many peaceful Muslims are punished for a few bad apples amongst the nearly 1 Billion members of the Islamic Faith. Something needs to be done to insure religious freedom, so that the good folks are not punished for the International Terrorists and their murderous acts. I therefore propose a solution to insure that good Muslims are rewarded, while the evil rogue elements who dishonor Allah and the Islamic Faith are slowed to a halt. I propose Holographic Projection to help all good Muslims visualize the good one, the great one, Allah in their Mosques. Since the United States research and development teams along with devout Muslim scientists will be designing these projections and giving them to those who desire them, we can make sure that the projected holographic Allah says that suicide bombing is bad and that freedom, liberty and democracy are important for all. Those Mosques, which are good, will be able to use this technology and be giving the equipment for their members, while those who are against peace will not. This will prompt people to move over to Mosques, which preach the truth of the Islamic Faith and have the holographic imaging projection equipment and away from those who preach hatred, murder and killing of innocent life. Toddler Stuttering

March 26th, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By Steve Hill Some parents have the shock of hearing their young child start to stutter as a toddler. I am somebody who runs a speech centre in Birmingham, England, I now help people to achieve fluency. I met a lady who was thirty and her little boy aged four had been stuttering for quite a while. She had taken him to speech therapy and was extremely anxious as to why he was stuttering. It had possibly started because the toddlers father had quite a severe stutter, the boy may of picked up the bad habits this way. Many other people contact me asking why their toddler has developed a stutter and asking what forms of stuttering treatments are available. I always suggest that they keep as patient as they can and try to play games, speech games with their child. They can challenge the child to say the word fluently, they show their child how it should be said and then bet them that they can’t do it themselves. When they do manage to say that particular word fluently they then heap lots of praise onto the child, telling them how clever they are and how proud mommy and daddy are of them. I even advise giving them an award like a small chocolate bar. If instead of being patient parents or relatives are aggressive, saying things like:”Get your words boy”"Spit it out!”These types of comments can have a very negative effect and make that child withdraw into their shell. This may to some people seem very obvious to say, however you would not believe the amount of people who have told me this is what they were told as an infant. The Emergence of the Smartphone

March 24th, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Daniel_Swensen]Daniel Swensen Since their explosion in popularity, cell phones have become increasingly more feature-rich and sophisticated, with enough features to supplement, or even replace, other devices such as media players, digital cameras, and PDAs. On the leading edge of this technological advancement in the smartphone, a device that blurs the line between a cell phone and a PDA. Smartphone: Changing Definitions By definition, a smartphone is a mobile phone that incorporates a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). A PDA is a miniature, hand-held device that replicates key features of a personal computer, most notably document viewing, task and contact management, and Internet access. A smartphone, while possibly sharing many of these features, is still primarily a voice-centric device, while a PDA is, by nature, data-centric. Rather than one device replacing the other, PDAs and smartphones have often developed in tandem, with PDAs taking on more voice-centric aspects, and smartphones including features previously limited to PDAs. Most contemporary smartphones include Internet and e-mail access, scheduling or PIM software, contact management, and the ability to read (and sometimes compose) document formats such as Word, Excel and PDF. Many smartphones also feature built-in cameras, music players, and GPS navigation software, making them an excellent all-in-one replacement for a variety of other devices. As cell phone technology continues to develop, many features previously isolated to smartphones become common in mid-range cell phones. As such, the definition of what precisely constitutes a smartphone is constantly evolving. Pricing and services for various smartphones will, of course, vary by carrier. If you have a [http://www.wirefly.com/plans/verizon-wireless/]Verizon smartphone, for example, the Blackberry Voice & Data Core Choice Bundle from Verizon Wireless offers 450 minutes of voice time, with unlimited nights and weekends and virtually unlimited Internet data usage (Web browsing, email, and instant messaging) for $79.99 a month. On the other hand, Cingular’s Good Mobile Messaging Smartphone Connect service, which is offered separately from its basic voice services, offers unlimited data usage within its coverage area for $34.99 a month. Add this to Cingular’s 450-minute basic voice package ($39.99 a month) and it comes out to a very competitive $75 a month from Cingular. The Most Popular Smartphones While not quite as diverse as standard cell phones, [http://www.wirefly.com/catalog/wireless/blackberry/cell-phones/]smartphones are available in a wide array of styles and capabilities. In terms of culture and mind-share, the Blackberry is probably the most popular and easily recognizable smartphone currently on the market. The Blackberry 8800, for example, features nearly everything customers have come to expect in a smartphone: a full QWERTY keyboard, Internet and email access, document viewing, an integrated music and media player, and built-in GPS capability. (For users who need a digital camera, the Blackberry Pearl or the new Blackberry Curve are excellent choices.) On the other hand, if you’re looking for something a bit less utilitarian than the Blackberry, the Palm Treo is slim and sporty (available in a distinctive crimson red), featuring a digital camera with video capture, an MP3 player, and Bluetooth. Like many smartphones, the Treo eliminates the need to carry around a multitude of other devices. For the user who’s really passionate about multimedia, Cingular’s ultra-slim Blackjack is one of the most video-intensive smartphones available, featuring a rich media player and Cingular Video. The Blackjack’s Cingular Music Service supports several online music stores, as well as XM satellite radio, making it an ideal choice for the user who wants a smartphone and a powerful media player in one convenient package. As with all emergent technology, new products are constantly pushing the boundaries. Apple’s iPhone promises to raise the bar even further, not only featuring a camera, multimedia player, text messaging, Web browsing, and wireless connectivity, but a touchscreen interface and virtual keyboard that promises to bring a new level of functionality to users, with Apple’s distinctive sense of style and design. A Smart Choice for You? While many cell phone users will be more than happy with the features of an average cell phone, smartphones have a lot to offer people who want or need Internet access, email, and multimedia while away from the home or office. While the price tag on a smartphone is often significantly higher than a mid-range cell phone, a smartphone can be a highly economical choice when compared to the cost of all the devices it can effectively replace. For the frequent business traveler or someone who’s just on the move a lot, a smartphone can be a marvelous all-in-one solution. Why Do People Use Blogs

March 22nd, 2008 by concettaazevedo

By David Fishman A blog is written publication of ones personal thoughts, articles, etc. It is basically an outlet for any writing endeavor or thought, a personal space for someone to express the written word in any manner they so choose. Blogging has become a booming new internet phenomenon for the writing community for many reasons. First of all, by definition, it offers writers freedom of speech in a published format for any viewer to read. Any thought, any emotion, any artistic piece can be posted within minutes giving a writer an immediate sense of gratification for their work. It can act as an outlet, a public diary, and promote a sense that ones words are valuable and meaningful to viewers who often become loyal readers of some bloggers sites. Posting to a blog page also offers financial benefits. If the blogging site uses ads to promote the site, oftentimes the site will offer its blogger a percentage of the ad revenue. The ad revenue is generated by number of article views and clicks to the particular ad posted on the article page. Blog posting can also help people gain confidence in their writing skills. For example, if they are generating a consistent reader interest or viewer traffic to their page, this can substantially make a writer feel that his or work has potential after all. It is one thing to sit diligently, in solitude, typing away with perseverance and dedication, ones treasured novel or poem, believing ones work is great, but it is another when readers, people one does not know, actually take the time to read ones work, come back and read the posts regularly, and even take the time to leave a positive comment. This can do wonders for a writers belief in their self and their dreams. A blogging site can also offer a platform for people who are interested in the writing field or just want to express their voice. Some people have thought about entering the writing world, but have never taken forward steps to attempt this endeavor. Blogging can give these people a place to practice and try their hand at a skill in an arena that does not limit or make it difficult to post material. It can also offer a person who may feel as though he or she has always wanted to express certain thoughts, but never felt like they had a place that they could do this freely. Posting blogs is a perfect way to be able to accomplish this desire. Lastly, another great benefit of blogging is that posts can also be used as a free advertising vehicle. If you have something you are trying to promote on a limited budget, what better way to achieve this than to write a post others can instantly read and does not cost the marketer a single penny! It is an ingenious marketing tool! With this same idea in mind, one can post links to ones website(s), other article posts, and other such ideas that can help ones company, writing endeavors, or self-promotion.
